YOUR SAFETY IS IN OUR HANDS!

We ask that you arrive no more than more than 5mins before your confirmed treatment time to reduce the number of patrons waiting in our reception/relaxation area.

All patrons are asked to arrive with masks covering their nose & mouth areas. If you arrive without one, one will be provided, however there will be a charge for provided masks.

All our therapist's are also required to wear masks at all times, when in the clinic.

All patrons are asked to sanitise their hands upon immediately entering the clinic.

All our treatment areas are fully fitted with sinks with hot & cold running water & hand sanitiser.

Mobile phones are not to be handled once in clinic to reduce the chance of transferring dirt, bacteria & virus's back onto sanitised hands.

Our therapists will all wear protective aprons & medical grade nitrile gloves during treatment, except for massage treatments where gloves are not feasible.

All treatment couches will be covered with protective plastic sheeting to allow us to sanitise the treatment area, after each & every client.

Our client seating will also be sanitised after each client use.

We have invested in over a hundred new luxurious Egyptian cotton towels to ensure we are able to change towels after each & every client/treatment when towels have not been covered with protective plastic coverings. This applies to all treatments including manicure's. We have our towels professionally dry cleaned off-site.

Equipment such as wax pots, steamers, trolleys are thoroughly cleaned & sterilised at the end of each day with medical grade cleaning products & if needed between clients. 

Every evening, we thoroughly & deeply clean the entire clinic. We also make time during the working day to give the clinic a thorough clean including light switches, door handles & all surfaces. Our toilet areas are checked/cleaned every hour. 

Once a month we have employed a professional sanitisation cleaning company to clinically sanitise, disinfect & protect our clinic against Covid 19, bacteria's, viruses & fungi.

All of our tools are washed in hot soapy water & then clinically sterilised in a UV Cabinet or Auto Clave. Once washed & dried, we sterilise all tools in a sealed clinical sterilisation pouches, ensuring the tools used on each client are free from any contaminates. 

We use silver metal tweezers on the body area & coloured metal tweezers on the face.

We use Belava pediure bowls for our feet treatments. These bowls are made from sturdy durable plastic which is easy to sanitise after each treatment. 

To insure the safest & most sanitary pedicure for our patrons, we line our Belava foot bowls with  recyclable, disposable liners which are discarded clinically after each treatment.
